About every 27 days or so, the moon begins a new cycle. We refer to the beginning of each new cycle as the new moon phase. This is the phase in which the moon appears to be invisible in the night sky. As days go by, the moon will slowly become illuminated by the sun, leading to the full moon phase.
The new moon phase signifies new beginnings and the renewal of energy. During this phase of the moon, you should become focused on the new desires that you wish to manifest. It is also a great time to renew your energy and passion for the things that you are currently manifesting.
My New Moon Manifestation Ritual
The moon is an energetic being, and we can harness this energy and use it to strengthen our power to manifest through the Law of Attraction. I like to perform a simple new moon ritual at the beginning of each moon cycle in order to get clear on my desires, set new intentions, and express gratitude for the things that manifested in the previous moon cycle. It’s also a good time to set new goals that will help you to achieve your desires.
Step 1: Create a comfortable space.
It is always best to set intentions for manifesting your desires in a clean and comfortable environment. A clean area can raise your vibrations and help to keep you focused on your intentions. Clutter can be distracting and harbor negative energy.
Choose a specific area of your bedroom or in your home and light a candle or two. Gather any supplies that you need such as a notebook and a pen and any crystals that you would like to have nearby as you manifest.
It is best to perform this ritual at night when it is quiet and peaceful. This ritual can be very relaxing so it will lead to a great night’s sleep.
I also like to get comfortable beforehand by taking a shower or bath and changing into clean clothes. This is a very important step if you have been out during the day absorbing the energy from other people and places.
Step 2: Get grounded.
After I have prepared my space, I like to sit down and meditate. I usually do this through the use of a guided meditation recording. This is a good time to say affirmations and remind yourself of your power to create your own reality.
Use this time to release any negative vibrations and energy, especially anything that is still lingering from the previous moon cycle. The new moon phase is a time for renewal and rebirth. Get into the vibration of what you hope to manifest over the coming weeks.
Step 3: Set your intentions.
This is the fun part! Now that you have taken some time to meditate and get into a positive vibration, it is time to set your intentions.
I like to set my intentions through the use of scripting, but you can use whatever manifesting exercise or ritual that you feel most connected to. Scripting involves writing down your desires in a way that expresses gratitude to the Universe as if it has already manifested.
I begin the process of scripting by visualizing the physical manifestation of my desire. During the process of visualization, it is important to use all of your senses and to pay attention to the way that the manifestation of this desire makes you feel. Here is an example of a script that I would use to manifest a new job:
I am so happy and excited that I have manifested a new job! This job brings me financial security, stability, and peace of mind. I am so grateful to have a job that fulfills me and gives me complete financial freedom. Thank you, Universe!
You can repeat this as many times as you want for as many desires as you want. We are limitless in our ability to manifest. Just remember the importance of positive vibrations and belief in the power of the Universe to deliver your desires.
Step 4: Express gratitude and let go.
Once you have written down your desires (or performed the ritual or exercise of your choice), you should get into a vibration of gratitude. Give thanks to the Universe for everything that you have just manifested and trust that your desires (or a better outcome to reach the vibration of your desires) are on the way.
